The April housing numbers are in and the market continues to improve week by week. Compared to most of the country, the Atlanta and Georgia real estate market overall held up better than most of the country. Here are the statistics from last month.

New listings in April 2020. Although down 24% from the same month in 2019, the U.S. average was down 44%, so Georgia and Atlanta outperformed. Source: FMLS
